SER7 7840HS Monitor no signal

Hi


I bought SER7 7840HS from Aamazon a few days ago. When I connect it to my monitor, there is no signal detect. I tried DP, HDMI and Type C ports. I also tried different cables, including the HDMI cables from the box, no luck.

I got it from a lightning deal for a decent price. Amazon cannot replace it and my only option is return. Could you help me on that ?

Bonjour depuis que j'ai eu mon ser7 j'ai le même problèmes , parfois je l'allume le ventilateur ce mais a tourner a fond , et rien de s'affiche , je les acheter sur le site beelink je vais faire marcher la garantie, pensez vous que sa va passer la garantie ? je les depuis un mois  ; j'ai essayer plusieurs câble plusieurs plusieurs écran rien ne marche je essayer de réinitialiser sa change rien ; que faire ???

Hello since I got my ser7 I have the same problems, sometimes I turn on the fan but it turns on full blast, and nothing is displayed, I buy them on the beelink site I will run the warranty , do you think it will pass the warranty? I've had them for a month; I tried several cables several several screens nothing works I try to reset it changes nothing; what to do ???

I tried to clean the CMOS. it works. However yesterday, I moved my mini PC to another room and turned it on this morning. The problem comes back. I cleaned the CMOS again, it recovers. And this afternoon, I turned it off to rearrange my table and it never comes back. So frustrating.
