Mini S question

Just recieved my Mini s and was going to install a 1TB Hd that I have just laying around. (Since it wont be used online other than softwear downloads) Will I have any issues running windows 7 or does it opperate beyond W7's supported/ compatable drivers?

Normally, the Win7 system can support HDD.
