If your machine has something wrong, you can send a photo of SN on the bottom of your machine and a photo of your purchase record to us, so that we can know if your machine is under warranty.
Also we will offer you with potential solutions, and help you change a new SSD and RAM an so on, even can replace you with a new machine if your machine is under warranty due to quality issues。
