I live in Canada. This unit was bought through AliExpress.
I went through the process with Beelink to troubleshoot the reboot issue, as my unit is still under warranty.
When we discovered that the motherboard/BIOS cannot handle two ram sticks in both slots, Beelink then offered a choice between a full replacement or repair.
(Another idea is to put a single 32GB into one RAM slot, but this option was not offered)
For replacement, as I am in Canada, I can send it to an individual with a Canadian address with a tracking number. I was told this process will be 2-3 weeks.
For repair, I have to send it back to China. I'm not sure how long it would take.
I'm a little scared to send my computer away since it was quite expensive, so I'm wondering if anyone has done this and had their unit safely replaced. How was the new unit, were all your issues fixed?
I'm also a bit unhappy that I will have to pay for shipping and tracking...
