Finger Print Scanner GTR7 Pro is not working

But when I open the installer it says: error launching explorer

open Device Manager  -> Universal Serial Bus devices -> Egis Tec EH577 -> Update Driver -> Browse for drivers on your computer -> you Browse folder driver that downloaded, choose folder driver "x64" -> Next and close fine item Biometric devices
