Hi Everyone

I just Purchased a Beelink Ser5 Pro Ryzen 7 5700U. I am having issues with the hdmi. The pc HDMI works when connected to a tv with no issues, however when I connect it to a monitor, the screen turns on and loads onto booting mode displaying and then the monitor turns off with no signal displaying. I've tested the monitor with my other PC and it works fine.

Can someone help resolving this issue? is it a common issue? Do I need to change any settings in the bios setting? I've tried changing cables, power supply adaptor etc still the same issue.

I've got windows 11 installed on it.

Hello there,
if your monitor works well in other PC,maybe your HDMI cable is not compatible to your monitor.
Have a nice day!

Hello there,

I've used the hdmi cable that came with the mini pc and the hdmi cable which was connected with the tv. the issue still exists.

my monitor is viewsonic va2732-H if that helps

i've read multiple forums some say its because of the resolution and refresh rate, some say its because of the windows generic drivers, some say its because of the power supply.

i've pretty much checked everything.

could it be because of windows 11 installed causing compatibilty issues?

hello, you do not use the adapter, right? like hdmi to dp or others. and you could send a email to our after-sales address  : support-pc@bee-link.com , then we could check if there is bios for your machine, thanks.

I've already contacted support on beelink website. I'm not using any adapter connected direct from mini pc to tv and monitor with the hdmi.

The monitor works with my other pc with no issues. it has vga and hdmi port.

the monitor resolution is 1920x1080 60hz refresh rate as standard.

bios version is SER5H07
build date: 07/28/2023

update to this thread, I bought a new monitor iiyama XU2793HS-B5 27 INCH monitor and it works fine on there.

So theres nothing wrong with the PC, Seems to be an issue with the monitor.
