Good day.

I just purchased the GTR7 and SER5 Max mini pc here in the Philippines.  They came with power adapters with 100-120V input. In the Philippines, we use 220V.  I have read somewhere in the forum that the adapters are actually 100-240V adapters.  Is this true?  Can I safely plug these adapters in our 220V outlets? Thanks

Test them with a multimeter like I did:

Mine's a SER5 MAX. Not sure about GTR, it has a propitiatory connector and you cannot source it from elsewhere.

You can lower the TDP and power the GTR using the USB-C port, but why would you buy a GTR if you want low performance? :)

Beelink replied to my email.  They said the adapters are actually 100-240V.  I've been using my unit since last night and there's not been any problem.  I actually tested the adapter with a multimeter before using it.  I got correct voltage reading.
