Hello. I recently bought a Beelink EQ12 mini PC. I installed ProxMox and noticed that only one of the ethernet ports works. The wifi module doesn't work either. What I can do? Thank you so much. Greetings

May I ask you that have you installed Linux system on your machine EQ12?
And please send us the photo of SN on the bottom of your machine, thanks.

And you can reset BIOS first----please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please hit the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Looking forward to your feedback so that we can help you better.

Then you can re-plug your network card------https://mega.nz/file/j2I0nDLQ#lO ... M3X_1E5QcZyAaRkOdQg

May I ask you that after you install promox , then your machine has this issue, right?
Before the promox, what system do your machine installed? has this issue?

Looking forward to your feedback so that we can help you better.

Proxmox VE doesn't support the AX101 WiFi. Even the latest version, which recognizes the presence of the card, has no Wi-fi support in the installation. As far as I can tell, even the most recent Proxmox VE software distribution is very cut down and has a lot of functionality missing. I have been very disappointed by its compatibility with the EQ 12 Hardware.

Hello. I have not installed Linux. I have installed ProxMox.
Thank you

Proxmox is Linux. It's a very minimal Debian 12 installation with a custom kernel and extra packages.

Hello there,

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

Yes, the Proxmox VE can not support AX101 network card.
And you can have a try with our another machine such as SER7735 MAX, SER 5800 MAX under proxmox.

Hope it can help you and have a nice day!
