SEI8 keep shutting down

My Sei 8 keep shutting down every 10 minutes then i have to unplug the power wait a minute then start it up again. Can any one help?

Is the PC overheating ?
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Hi there,

Your BIOS is the latest one.
I suppose the issue might be the power supply or the RAM.
Please change power supply.
Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not.
