SER5 bluetooth not functioning after one month. It shows "couldn't connect" and this device has no capability on blue tooth.

If that does not work, you could unplug the network card and then re-insert it physically to see if that could work.

I followed the instruction. It doesn't work. It should be hardware issue

Called the service desk. Now the issue is resolved.
1. unplug power cable.
2. press "Clr Cmos" for 10 seconds.
3. wait for 10 minutes and plug the power cable again.
