Hi. Does the second m.2 slot use the PCI-e 4.0 x4 or x1 line? Does a 40 pin loop allow this? Is it possible to use this slot for the m.2 to PCI-e x4 adapter to use an external graphics card?

You have to use the m.2 slot that's right on the board .You have to modify the case and fan  bracket to get to that slot

Jethro66, I asked another question. Not about the m.2 slot on the board, not about using a thunderbolt external video card. The second M.2 slot uses 4 PCI-e lines? Yes or no?

In your answer, you did not indicate that the second m.2 slot does not work with ADT-Link adapters. This is important information. I don't want to modify the fan bracket to fit into the first m.2 slot. I will order a mini PC from another manufacturer with Ryzen 7735HS.
But still thank you for helping me figure out the issue.
