That email has not even received an auto-responder confirmation, much less an actual response. Is this normal for BeeLink support emails (no automatic confirmation)?
Could someone at BeeLink support take a minute to let me know that this email was received? If it was not, I can easily resend it to a different address. I'd very much appreciate your assistance.
The subject line of the email matches this message's title and email return address is the same as associated with this account.
