windows doesn't activate - please help

Hello, BeeLink,

I previously sent an email to pc-support@bee-link.com requesting the replacement of a lost Windows 11 Product Key for a recently-purchased


            
Beelink AMD  Ryzen7 SER5 MAX 5800H Mini pc,32GB...

.

That email has not even received an auto-responder confirmation, much less an actual response. Is this normal for BeeLink support emails (no automatic confirmation)?

Could someone at BeeLink support take a minute to let me know that this email was received? If it was not, I can easily resend it to a different address. I'd very much appreciate your assistance.

The subject line of the email matches this message's title and email return address is the same as associated with this account.

Thank you for your help.
