Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.
Because EQ12 use 19V 3.42A power supply, so it is more powerful than MINIS 12 PRO which uses 12V 3A power supply.
But we can not sure that EQ12 can make your 16TB SSD work well, because 16TB SSD is too big.
