Hello,
What is the latest published bios and where can I find the link to download it?
I do not know what to do...
My gtr 5 keeps freezing, and there is no solution from support, well yes... time ago, they told me that I should buy another product and send mine. When my equipment arrives they will refund this new purchase (unfortunately I don't trust it).
This is not a solution, for a product of almost $1000
I will not buy more Beelink, this is clear.

@Davidri, I'm sorry for all you faced, I'm through the same.
I contacted them by email yet nothing is solved.
My system keeps freezing all the time & I have to keep resetting it.
Their latest BIOS is mid-2022 & AMD systems should be updated regularly.

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine and send us a picture about bios version on the bios main page?
