Windows 11 Deactivated

I ordered my SER6 MAX from Amazon. It's awesome. Love it already. But Windows 11 lost it's activation.

I installed Microsoft Office, but OneNote had a problem. The solutions I found online said to "delete credentials for your microsoft account in Credential manager."

When I did this, it fixed OneNote, but it also removed my windows activation. Perhaps I deleted the wrong credentials (I deleted several, as there were several referencing my microsoft account).

I called Microsoft, they said I needed to contact the seller to get it reactivated. Perhaps I need to change the product key.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Someone from support reached out privately, I sent a picture of my S/N, received a new product key a few minutes ago and it worked great.
