BEELINK SEI12TH GENERATION DISPAYPORT NOT WORKING

I just received 15 of the sei12th gen    HDMI is working DP not   I have changed 6 different displayport to hdmi cables without success


I really need to get these shipped out.  Hoping for a fast solution.

hello, may I have a picture of the sn code on the bottom of your machine, have you tried to use dp 1.4 cable?

Yes I have tried 6 different cables.  They are not labelled so cannot verify 1.4 but they are new.   One being an amazon basics displayport to hdmi uni-directional 4k@30hz gold plated

I plugged an older dell desktop with displayport using the same cable and it works fine.  I have 15 beelinks with this issue.
