NVME not found in the Bios but windows loads

Hi , I just received my pc Sei12 1235 (500nvme), windows boots normally, however, the disk is not recognized in bios , Also when I boot from USB to install Linux or proxmox, the disk is not listed there as well. and shows not found.


sometimes the disk is not coming in boot menu, I need to change the boot mode to legacy and boot windows and then return it back to uefi, then windows loads.
Does anybody have any idea?

Hello there,

You can check if the SSD is recognized on the Save&Exit page in the BIOS.
The PC only support UEFI rather than Legacy.
