I suppose that your EGPU is not compatible with our PC.
Anyway, you can try to update the graphic driver to see if it works.

Maybe new bios would make it work..Using usb4 is huge performance loss compared to m.2 connection

I found the solution,I had to modify the case to connect to the main m.2 slot on the board,I guess the ribbon cable is not enough for a epgu
