Beelink SER5 5560U

I purchased Beelink SER5 mini PC amd ryzen 5 5560U  and need to control it remotely so I need it to power on when power is applied . I saw some that state go to Bios then Chipset then PCH IO config.  I go to Bios then chipset but there is no PCH-IO config.  How do I have this mini PC come on when it sees power ??
