Hi

New Beelink Mini PC AMD Ryzen 7 5700U no USB 3.2 Ports working.

Purchased this 27 Aug 2023 from Amazon.com and shipped to St Lucia in the Caribean.

Noticed in the first few days that any operation involving using the USB 3.2 or the USB C Port would crash the system and sometimes corrupt the install.

Have tried reinstalling Windows 11 also a couple of Linux Distros,
Resetting CMOS, Cleaning Memory Sticks etc all with no improvement.

Due to unforeseen circumstances was unable to return to Amazon within the 28 Days return period.

Any ideas/ solutions appreciated.

In addition, what device do you usually use to link with USB port?
If the driver file is not useful, you can contact our email address support-pc@bee-link.com , send SN images and purchase records to the email, and explain the situation. thanks

Thanks, will try the new driver but have my doubts as the same problems in Linux Distros.

Will report back when done.

OK have tried clean install of Win 11 with updated USB drivers, Same fault.

This is with transfering files between the PC and various USB sticks and Sata drives.

Half way through the transfer system crashes.

Will contact support.
