S12 Pro - a few questions

I just purchased a S12 Pro this week and I was wondering about a few things:

1)My first question is that I have usb speakers and they are working fine with my device but when I turn off the PC, they dont turn off. I have read that there is a option in the bios to turn off power to the usb ports when the computer shuts off but I dont see that option can you help?

2) I may want to reinstall my windows 11 pro because I may try some dual boot or linux, where can I find a image of my s12 pro windows installation (with all drivers etc)?

3)If i do the step above, i will need my cd key. can you help me with getting my proper cd key?

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

1. If you want to turn off power to the usb ports, you need to unplug the power supply.
And there is no option in the BIOS for you to turn off power to the usb ports when the mini pc shuts off.
Because the mini pc has the function of WOL, so even your mini pc shuts off, your usb ports has power which is default.

2. Please send us the photo of SN on the bottom of your mini pc, then I can send you corresponding Win11 pro system file.

3. If you need the product key, you can contact us for free, we will send you the product key.
