SER5 5800H keeps disconnecting HW

This has happened approximately 3 times now.
My SER5 Pro 5800H would randomly reboot and windows will stop detecting the WiFi and Bluetooth as well as USB-C port.
The only solution would be to shutdown, clear cmos, reboot, get bitlocker recovery, logon.

This has become super annoying. Please help me out here.

hello, sorry for the trouble. pls contact us via email to send us the sn code on the bottom of the machine and your bios version: support-pc@bee-link.com, then we could check if you need to update the bios, thanks
