Problem with SER6 - Does not turn on

I had a problem with my beelink SER 6, it simply stopped working after 2 days of use. Does not turn on, shows no signs of operation. What to do?

Try to reset CMOS. Press the button in small hole for 5-10 seconds, with a needle, then connect the charger and start it. If it doesn't work, try removing RAM sticks, one at a time and M.2 SSD. Also you can try to use another HDMI/DP cable and a different monitor.

I have sent the email, and I'm actually experiencing issues with both of my Beelink units. One is displaying the Windows green screen, and the other won't power on.
