NEW out of the box GTR7PRO powers up but no display

I just got my new GTR7PRO and connected it to an HDMI monitor, but no display. I tried a display port monitor as well, no luck.

Hello there，

There is a small hole for CLR CMOS on the front of the machine, please insert a pin for 15 seconds after unplugging the power and HDMI cable, then turn it on to check whether it can be used normally.
And can the LED indicator of the power supply light up?

I have the same issue.

tried everything CMOS reset, battery reset, with ssd, without ssd, with ram, without ram. No picture, tried different cable, different monitors. Fan is not spinning. I also have old bottom cover (without holes).

Beelink is driving me crazy but I wont give up :D
