Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ? Let's do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:
s.
1. Please uninstall the Bluetooth driver and then restart the PC to see if it works.
2. Please right click the windows ---setting -troubleshooting ---other troubleshooters--- Bluetooth---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.

4. Please go to computer management---service and applications---services---find the Bluetooth--right click it and restart it.
5.Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
