Thunderbolt Dock Not Working & Bios / Driver Help

Hello!

I recently received my SER 6 MAX and am having some initialissues. Can you help?

Firstly – I want to connect to my Thunderbolt Dock (DellWD15), but when I plug in the USB C to the USB4, it does nothing. I tried all the ports, and several times on the usb4 ones. Do I need todownload a new driver for usb4 or thunderbolt for this to work?

Secondly, I want to make sure my BIOS is up to date. Can youplease confirm – and if needed, send me a link to the new Bios?

Sorry for the late.

May I ask what version of your Thunderbolt  is? Our USB4 can only be compatible with Thunderbolt 3
