Hello
I replaced the device remote and the new remote comes with a dongle that connects to the device USB, when the device is in power off , i cannot be turn on device with the new remote.
I understand the USB units do not work on the device when it is power off, is there an option through the device settings to allow the USB to always work even when the device is power off?
