SE12 Pro with Linux (Libreelec 11.0.3) won’t handshake to 4K60

My SE12 Pro is having handshaking issues with my Anthem MRX-1140.  I have tried other devices (Apple TV 4K, Fire TV Cube Gen 2, RPI4) that all will handshake and display 4K60 through my anthem MRX-1140.  This device will not but it will do 4K24.  I have done many HDMI cable swaps etc and this is the only device that still has issues (Even when using the confirmed working HDMI adapters and ports).  
When connected directly to the display it works (my XW-5000 Sony projector).  Anybody experience anything else similar?

Hello, you can reset BIOS----There is a small hole for CLR CMOS on the front of the machine, please insert a pin for 15 seconds after unplugging the power and HDMI cable

Then you can uninstall the driver and install it again, please send us your SN photo, so that we can send you corresponding Driver file.

By the way, maybe it's an incompatibility issue.

Turn off both the SE12 Pro and the Anthem MRX-1140, disconnect them from the power source, and wait a few minutes. Then reconnect and power them on. This may help reset the device and establish a new handshake. Have you tried this yet?
