General Warranty Question...

I bought a mini PC from Amazon but could not find any way to reach the company for warranty support. Can someone let me know their warranty experience? I have questions like:


1. Do I have to call the Chinese number for warranty repairs?
2. Do I have to send the pc to China? shipping cost?
3. How long they take to send back the machine for repairs?

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the trouble.
May I know what is wrong with your pc,if something wrong with your pc, you do not have to call the Chinese phone number, you could contact us by email: support-pc@bee-link.com
And we have warehouse in UK, EU, US, CANADA, so we could give you the address according to where you are.
If you want your machine repaired, after we got it, it takes around 1 week to repair it.

I live in EU and they gave me a Germany address I had to send the mini pc to and they sent me a new one from China.
The whole process lasted for appr. 3 weeks.
