SER6 bad ping

Whenever I try to game I've constantly been getting horrendously bad ping. Pretty much at no point did my ping stay under 150 miliseconds. I know it isn't my internet at fault since latency wasn't an issue on my old PC which I bought my SER6 to replace.

Any ideas on how fix this? Many thanks for any of the recommendations I get.

I have very good Wifi speeds on my Ser 6 Pro unit. Download speeds match the maximum of my internet provider.
I am using a Wi-fi 6 router

Same here, no problems at all on WIFI 6 and SER 6 Pro, I have 1gbit internet and download is over 700mbps all the time.
