Random reboots WORSE .. Is it possible to return my GTR-7 pro and get a refund ?

Try to set your monitor resolution to full HD (1920x1080). Check if the crashes stop.

I cannot work with FHD. My work is teleradiology and the minimum resolution required is 4K.

According to this link setting the resolution to 1080p should solve the issue

The BIOS update does NOT fix the reboot issues.

We are still working on this issue.  Just some of the PC have reboot problem.

Hello, I have a GTR7 Pro that reboots and or locks up as soon as a second monitor is connected. I've been in contact with customer support and all they can tell me is wait for updates. I have updated the system with AMDs software upgrade program and nothing has changed. When will the working units be available and how can I be notified so I can start the exchange process. I've been working from one monitor since I received this computer mid June and I cant take it anymore. I need to return for a working replacement or refund so I can buy something that actually works. Thank you.

The new items don't have the reboot issue.
You can send the item back for a replacement .

Please send a picture of the purchase record and a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC to support-pc@bee-link.com.
