If the DP port is 1.4 Version, please buy an active DP1.4 to HMDI2.1 cable , not hdmi 1.4 to dp 1.2

Please also try Update the driver. Please go to device manager and uninstall the graphic driver and install the new one. Here is the driver source :

so i downloaded the driver from the list like you said, i put the folder on the desktop so it was easy to find and i unistalled the graphic driver and then when i went to search for the driver folder i downloaded from the beelink website it can not find it

Our SER5 PRO 5800 has two specification versions, one is with a DP interface and an HDMI interface, and the other is with two HDMI interfaces.

We are sorry that we have produced SER55800 with one DP interface and one HDMI interface recently, and we no longer produce SER55800 with two HDMI interfaces.

If you need two HDMI ports, it is recommended that you consider an EQ12 N100 and EQ13 series.

Or you can buy a DP2.1 to HDMI1.4 cable, so you can use the DP interface as an HDMI interface.
