Windows 11 Will Not Download or Install Apps

I have an SER Series Beelink mini computer with a Ryzen 7 5800H processer and Radeon graphics.  Windows 11 suddenly stopped allowing me to download apps from the internet and will not install the apps that I had previously downloaded, such as the AVG security software.  Also, Windows Update will not connect and download updates.  I have tried to do a recovery, but it failed.  I restored the operating system from an image I made when everything was working fine; same problem.  I have tried disabling the firewall in Windows Defender with no success.  Developer mode doesn't help and I am always trying to install as Administrator.  The issue does not rest with my internet service provider as I have numerous macs, iPhones, iPads, etc., that are working fine.  The issue is only on my Beelink with Windows 11 Pro.  This is the second Beelink machine that I've experienced the same issues.  I had previously reinstalled Windows, but that doesn't work either.  Any ideas?  I am at my wits end.
