GTR5 - BitLocker - Pre Boot Pin

Hello all!

I have a BitLocker Pre Boot TPM PIN on my GTR5 which I got last week. It's the very old fashioned Black & White Bitlcoekr screen (I've attached an example)

TPM 2.0 is on and I've cleared and re-prepared it
Secure Boot is on

Is there any reason I'm not being shown the blue Microsoft screen? I'm sure this older BitLocker screen is much older than the GTR5?

Hello there,

BitLocker's screen display colors has nothing to do with the model of the computer, but the operating system and display settings.

No, it's to do with TPM/UEFI settings and firmware and how it interacts with the OS level? This isn't just a colour, it's a different GUI altogether so I'm concerned something's not right security wise, this is a very old version.

When I boot into Windows Recovery I get the traditional blue screen so something possibly isn't right.

My machine is UEFI version GTR_V1.24_bLink_P4C5M43
