@ Ninilou58,
thanks for the response,
i did create a "shutdown.txt" file on desktop, renamed it "shutdown.cmd", then edit, insert 'shutdown.exe -s -t 00' command in it.
it just shuts (no reboot), time is 0 (instant), same command such as 'shutdown -rf now' (reboot force now) in linux.
what i am asking; i think is related with mainboard and bios (hardware issue),
U59 is such a cheap box, i wont bother, but if im buying a 1000 usd computer/notebook
i will search the bios specifications such as;
enable/disable : sound, eth, hdmi, usb 3 and usb c ports. wol, always on usb, battery management, illuminated keyboard, etc...
if U59 m.b. is hardware capable, it can be added to bios :)
note: i need usb off, because all of the front usb ports, 3 of 'em (2 usb 3 and 1 usb c) are connected to ssd s.
their lights shine the room in night. (even the comp. is off)
Thanks to realtek, asm, jmicron (usb box chipsets), there is hdparm values and they auto shut down after 15 mins, etc ... or else hdd/ssd will soon die :p
