Mini S12 - New PC Won't Boot to Windows

I purchased a Mini S12 and it didn't boot to Windows. After a return and replacement, the second unit behaves the same way. I just receive a splash screen with the Bee-link logo, and then nothing. I've tried resetting it (local installation) and startup repair, neither of which have corrected the issue.

Sorry for the trouble.
①Please take the RAM and clear the contacts of the RAM with a rubber .
② Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and poke the hole of CMOS with a pin for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
