SER6 Fan Noise

The fan on my Ser6 sarted to make a lot of noise.  It was quiet when I first started using it but in the last two weeks started to make a lot of noise.  Has anyone else had this experience.  I have contacted Beelink support twice now and no response.  It sounds like the fan might fail.  Also, the fan is alway running at high speed.  Is it supposed to do this?

Speaking of the noise of the item,  please go to BIOS and send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
And please also send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
