SER5 5800H 32+500 GB Power adapter & Windows Restoration

I am a proud owner of the above, i want to ask 2 things.

1. Where can i get the original Genuine Huntkey HKA06519034-6J AC Adapter 19v 3.42A 65W Power Supply that is being shipped with Beelink PC ?
2. I want to make my beelink dual boot with linux & grub loader. How do i re-install my windows 11 pro if something scrrews up, specifically what all i need to back up & use it with fresh microsoft windows 11 ISO copy ?

1. You can get any adapter with same specs or even higher (100W+), same connector.

2. Reinstall win11 with old fashioned usb memory, made with windows media creation tool (search windows 11 iso on google). You can use windows image from Beelink site, if you prefer this method.

Have you tried and tested both options ?.. ALso the beelink site for this product does not have any windows iso image

It gives a tutorial, in which i am still confused on this line

3.Copy your system files to U disk, and it must be in the root directory of U disk.

Which files exactly ? the screenshot does not offer much help either ? is it the entire C:\Windows folder ?
