Hello there,
Please send us a picture of the purchase record and a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
① Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
② Try using different USB ports or unplugging and re-plugging your keyboard and mouse to see if the problem persists.
③ Please go to device manager and update the keyboard and mouse drivers.
④ Uninstall the keyboard and mouse drivers and restart the PC. |
