SEi8V3-G keyboard and mouse problem (freeze)

I have a problem with my SEi8, the mouse and keyboard freeze.
When I type something on the keyboard I have to type several times on the same key for the letter to appear.
For the mouse, when I try to select something it's like I have released the button but I didn't.

I think something is blocking the devices input.
I tried another keyboard and the result is the same.
I tried another mouse and the result is the same.
So I know my devices are not faulty.

I tried wireless and wired devices and the problem is the same.


And I also know it's not a Windows or driver problem because I even have this problem in the BIOS.

Please send us a picture of the purchase record and a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
① Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
② Try using different USB ports or unplugging and re-plugging your keyboard and mouse to see if the problem persists.
③ Please go to device manager and update the keyboard and mouse drivers.
④ Uninstall the  keyboard and mouse drivers and restart the PC.
