What makes you sure the RAM issue isn't a valid problem or any other cause isn't valid.

I am sure people like techtablets who expereinced problems is fully aware of voltages.

my PC is defective. The support then offered me a refund or an exchange.
I have then opted for the exchange. My PC is currently on the way to Beelink.

I've been doing an experiment by setting my (single) monitor from native 2K resolution back to 1080p (Full HD). I don't see any freezes or artifacts anymore for the last 2 days. I know the screen gets blurry and that is not ideal.
If you are using resolutions higher than 1920x1080 give it a try for some time to see if it improves.

* Connected 1 monitor (DP) + 1 TV (HDMI) = Windows reboots

I suggest returning the defective unit and get a refund or replacement with the new units.

I had the same issue for 1 month and the solution could not be found.
