hi,

i bought SEI12 pro (i7-1260p) recently, the box keeps on turning black screen. I don't know if it is a problem of a hardware component.

the observation is this, it seems the box is freezed during windows running, and it doesn't respond to keyboard or mouse movement, and power button doesn't work when it freezes.

i need to unplug the power cord and re-plugin, even that, after press the power button, even with the button's LED light is on, the m/c is not powered on, or at least no sound of fan spinning, no light blinking on ethernet port either, i have to wait for 10mins or more in order to re-powner on the machine. could that be due to SSD or memory's overheating?

how do i solve this problem, or get a replacement or refund?

Hello there,
Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ? Let's do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.
2.Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
3.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components. Please take out the SSD and RAM ,please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber. Here is the tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk
4. Please update the graphic driver.  Here is the driver https://beelink.oss-cn-hongkong. ... %2012ProDrivers.zip

Hello there,
The PC has one year warranty.
①Please try to downgrade the turbo . Go to control panel ---power option--change to  high performance---change plan setting---change advanced power option---processor power management--change it to 99%
② Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair
See if Windows startup can repair itself

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore
Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to

If you do not have a Restore Point, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart
Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode
Once in Safe Mode, backup your data if you do not already have a backup
Open Device Manager and check to make sure all your Drivers are up to date
Reboot to see if Windows will start Normally

If the above fails, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC
Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing
Then start the Reset

If it doesn't work, you can send it back for a replacement.

hello. you can also check:
the screen went blank on my 1235u after purchase, HWiNFO showed a high temperature, there was a similar correspondence, I had to open the case, it's not difficult, that's what I saw -
before.jpeg

carefully corrected the thermal pad on the SSD -
after.jpeg

the temperature dropped 10 degrees.
careless assembly...
