SEi12 i5-1235U not booting

Hi!
the pc won't boot. None of the caps lock, num lock, etc lights come on when pressing the keys. I already tried as posted here to turn off the computer, unplug everything, press the clr cmos button for 15s, waited 2 hours. All I get is a blank screen. I cannot get to the bios. Is there anything else I can try before asking amazon for a refund/replacement?

I replugged it this morning after a 12h unconnected and started it. After a few minutes, it started smelling of burned plastic... So I unplugged it...

Hello there,

① Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

② Please change another power supply.
