U55 with Ubuntu Server Error Timeout waiting for hardware cmd interrupt

I know this has been asked before but Bellink has provided me two bin files for upgrading BIOS and I cannot get them flashed.  I have seen an option of blacklisting and I have blacklisted sdhci, sdhci_acpi and mmc0. I am still getting the error. Has anyone figured out this one?

I just fixed it by running sudo update-initramfs -u, just posting in case someone got to read my post.
