Windows Activation Failure

We recently purchased twenty of the SER5 MiniPCs and areunable to activate two of them. We have tired reinstalling both Windows 11 Proand Windows 10 Pro using the Microsoft Media Creation Tool with out any luck. Please let us know how to send pictures ofthe back of the unit containing the model and serial number to you.

Getting Error Code 0x004F213 when attempting to activate these two units.

running slmgr/xpr show from command line in Windows 11 giving Error product key not found.
