SSD died (Mini 12 Pro)

NVMe SSD died after just a few days since buying the Mini 12 Pro. I don't want to send the whole computer back, since I won't get another.


Could you provide some sort of compensation or replacement for the dead SSD?

Also, Device Manager shows two devices for which there is no driver.

Hello there,

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please  send us a picture of it.
We will confirm if it is the problem of SSD.
