Hello, I have the same issue, and cannot access the support link.
I get 403 Forbidden nginx and I'm from Brazil aswell.
I would like to check and download newest drivers for Windows 11 and BIOS, if any.

The oficial support site can’t be accessed from Brazil. You need to use a VPN (like Proton VPN).
