U59 usb ports failing

Has anyone had any luck with fixing an issue where all of the normal usb ports have failed. for a day or so i was getting the noise that windows makes when a usb port gets disconnected as if it was falling out, and now none of the ports work at all./  the usb c is the only one still fucntioning.

i've tried the recommended things and got nowhere.  any ideas anyone ?

i bought this via amazon and they are next to useless.  its the second beelink that has failed for me in the last month and to be honest, i'm losing faith in the brand completely now if i'm honest.

Sorry for the trouble.
Could you please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC?
Please try to clear the CMOS.
Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
