Beelink SER 5 5560u freezing at boot?

Hello,

I have an SER 5 5560u mini PC, bought 6 months ago from Amazon.
The machine  is randomly freezing or hanging at start up, either at  Beelink logo, or on a black screen. Only on occasion is the issue fixed by unplugging power supply, resetting the CMOS button for 10 seconds, and reconnecting. However the problem will repeat itself.
The problem seem to have began after installing Ubuntu.


Is there any way to fix problem? Thx.

Which version of Ubuntu are you using ?

Try to disable secure boot entirely, also as a safe measure, disable TPM too. Linux doesn't require them.

Ok, thx for help.
I disabled secure boot in BIOS. Will see if that works.
RE: TPM, only option was disabling Security Device Support, so I disabled that instead.

Update:  Did not fix problem.

Still freezes at boot.
