I bought a Beelink Mini S on Amazon and a few days ago, I installed Proxmox (a Linux variant). At the time, I had my laptop docking station connected to it via USB. The docking station had an Ethernet cable connected and that provided network access to the mini PC.
Now I'm trying to move it to its permanent home where it will not have the docking station. I connected an Ethernet cable directly to the internal NIC and it is unable to communicate with the router -- as confirmation, I opened my router's webpage and checked the device list. It never receives an IP address.
I'm assuming (hoping) that it simply needs a NIC Driver update and not an actual replacement. Unfortunately, I didn't connect the ethernet directly to the internal nic prior to installing Proxmox.
Can someone point me to a driver that will work with a *nix environment?
Thanks!
