No Radeon driver. The pc shut down upon radeon installation

Hi, I just go my new mini pc - SER 5 - 5800H


Once I compeled windows 11 setup, I tried to open Radeon app from the taskbat icon and got the following error message: "Radeon driver and software versions do not match. try update...". I tried to update the driver both from AMD site and from Beelink drivers page. On both cases, the mini pc shut down during the installation process.

Please advice,

Use amd cleanup utility, you download it from AMD website and install latest version of driver from website. Your gpu driver install was corrupted, that's why it shutdowns. Always update gpu driver with cleanup (DDU or amd cleanup utility).
